How To Install PureBasic On Ubuntu 15.10

Updated for PureBasic 5.31 and Ubuntu 15.10
Step 1 - Install Dependencies
You also need 'libwebkitgtk-dev' for the WebGadget to work.
Step 2 - Setup PureBasic
Extract PureBasic to your /usr/share/ directory.
Step 3 - Create Desktop File
Paste in the following.
Then press CTRL + O to save (will be prompted for filename, just hit enter) and then CTRL + X to exit.
From there you can log out and then back in. You should be able to now find 'PureBasic' in search and also be able to pin it to the launcher.

sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev libgnome2-dev libgnomeprintui2.2-dev libxine2-dev libxxf86vm-dev libsdl1.2-dev unixodbc-devStep 2 - Setup PureBasic
Extract PureBasic to your /usr/share/ directory.

sudo tar zxf PureBasic_5_31_x64.tgz -C /usr/share/Code: Select all
sudo nano /usr/share/applications/purebasic.desktopCode: Select all

Name=PureBasic
Comment=PureBasic
Exec=/usr/share/purebasic/compiler/purebasic
Icon=/usr/share/purebasic/logo.png
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Categories=Application;Development;From there you can log out and then back in. You should be able to now find 'PureBasic' in search and also be able to pin it to the launcher.
