I send the research requests in vrustotal.com

Everyone who uses http://www.purebasic.com/ there is the problem of false detections virus threats. Probably as a consequence of the convenience tool for writing "bad programs". Your team can objectively assess the situation?

Please support all stakeholders to show that this is a real problem for many

Why bother them ?
VirusTotal wrote: VirusTotal is not responsible for false positives generated by any of the resources it uses, false positive issues should be addressed directly with the company or individual behind the product under consideration.
As it is obvious.

Start emailing those. HINT: You will waste your time.

I was hoping that someone from the team virustotal interested will act as an expert intermediary between us and the anti-virus developers, who remain in their list of partners.

I came out of that menu, the contacts have a point: research requests

But:

Hello,

VirusTotal just aggregates the output of different antivirus vendors and URL scanners, it does not produce any verdicts of its own. As such, if you are experiencing a false positive issue, you should notify the problem to the company producing the erroneous detection, they are the only ones that can fix the issue.

Please note that even if we were able to remove the flag, the users of such product would still be blocked from using your site or software.

To find the company producing the false positive please first use official channels, try searching for them on google, something like "<company name> false positive" or see our credits links which may have a link to them: https://www.virustotal.com/about/credits/

Regards.
