Anyone care to share why? I presume it is due to Bob's passing... did his team not continue support?

the pricing can't be beat.
PureBasic is the overall winner in my opionion.
This was my assumption, as well, but we have not heard from any actual converts.netmaestro wrote:From what I can see a lot of Powerbasic coders, including very loyal ones, are nervous about future development of the product since the untimely passing of Bob Zale. There has long been some debate as to whether several team members actually existed or were actually personas of Bob. It's an important consideration because if they were all Bob then there's nobody left. Given the massive lead Purebasic has over Powerbasic in features and capabilities, all it takes is for Powerbasic users to start making comparisons and bam, as Emeril says, we've got converts.
