Missing Libs on Linux, PB won't work now [SOLVED]
Posted: Mon Jul 21, 2014 9:26 pm
Previously I was using Netrunner 13.xx 32 bit, which is a Kubuntu based distro using KDE desktop. Unfortunately my computer died and I had to piece together another one and wound up with a 64 bit computer. I installed the last version of the Netrunner distro, 14.xx and download PB, 5.22 64bit and 5.30 beta 9 64bit. but I can get neither to run. Here's my console output from checkinstall and apt-get:
I've searched through synaptic to find this lib but to no avail. Does anyone have any insight on this problem and maybe some tips on resolving it? Did the last version of Ubuntu do away with this lib? Do I need to enable some backport repositories?
Thanks in advance,
~Garrett
