Restored from previous forum. Originally posted by GPI.

I solved some bugs, but i have a big problem (also mod 4)

Under Win9X everything is allright no problems.

But under 2000:
On some Systems it crash after a short time.

XP/2000:
Don't drag&drop a file from the explorer in the Editor. If you move the file over the Richedit-Gadget, it will crash (you must not drop, only move it over the richedit...)

So, if somebody can help, please help...

I have GPI-MOD 5b in use on my WinXP SP1 system.

I had a source open and I was reading some info in the Help, when the program suddenly crashed without a message.

I just thought that might wanted to know this ;)

Yes, this has happened to me, so I stopped using your version (sorry).

I can't reproduce the error, but on my W2K system I noticed that it seems
to just crash (illegal operation) if I haven't used the editor for a short time.
That is, I'll be editing, then switch to another app to do something (paint
program), and while I'm painting the editor just crashes in the background.

I see from wing's post that he was reading the Help files when it crashed,
so it appears to be something to do with not having the focus, or something
like that. Don't know.

Same here ...

Tab bug...

If you go to the compiler options -> advanced a cycle through the edit gadgets using the tab key, the line where the cursor is at (in the editor window) get's indented too!!!

Same thing happens in every window....

A modified Purebasic editor, based on the original, but now discontinued.
GPI started another Editor, see Anouncements forum
