...the Form is saved?

I have to constantly switch back and forth between form and source code and save both otherwise the debugged app will not reflect the change.

It's the first project I started using this designer, so bear with me if there is an obvious reason for that.

i can find only one reason for being not saved if you try to debugging it:
did you make a Project first? go to menu --> Project --> new project, insert all the project files, next time you try to debug all your sources in the project will be saved first, including the forms. i hope that helped.

Can't reproduce.
