What need to do in export for exporting vertex animation like in PureBasic's example "FacialAnimation.pb" ??

I guess you need an exporter that supports pose animation.
What modeling software are you using?

Sorry, I don't think I'll be able to help much because I've never used either of them.

Does your exporter have any pose animation options or a toggle switch for it? If not then it's possible your exporter doesn't support pose animations.

Is this part in the wrong topic? It sounds like your referring to hardware animation which is unrelated to this topic.
