The first toolbar of IDE and VD uses 16*16 icons....new, copy , paste etc....in *.ico format
The toolbars from Visual Designer use a 30*20 format...they are actualy *.bmp format.
The icons in the VD Object Viewer(treeview) use a standard 16*16 format and are *.ico format
