it seems there is a Hurricane north norway in the middle of the picture, the winds are rotating around a points

Beautiful, it also give the speed of wind if you click somewhere, along with the position.

You can also click on the word 'earth' and select the map projection type as well as choosing some other types of information that is shown (besides wind speed).
