How to load/change submesh in mesh?

That depends are you asking about loading a mesh into a modeling software or Purebasic?
And what do you mean by change. Are you trying to edit the submeshes shape or add a separate material to the submesh?

I mean that to replace submesh of main mesh into PureBasic.
