Remove the 10000 max limit from ScrollBarGadget

Hi,
just wondering why this limit of a max scroll value of 10000 exists and if it is perhaps just a left over from earlier versions of PB? Must admit that if there no longer remains a need for this restriction then I could do with it being removed.
The fact that PB scrollbar gadgets now support scroll pages kind of suggests that this limit might indeed no longer be required.
