Explorer Gadget Folder and File icons

The Explorer Gadget uses it's own icons in the tree. I would like to use my own icons for folders and files. Anybody know how to?
Edit: In fact, it picks-up the file icons from the files, which is OK (though I would like the option to change that). So, the main concern is the icon used for the folders.
