[Done] Listicon in tabpanel + Lock Bottom

I have a container with a tabpanel inside and with a listicon in the tabpanel.
The container, the tabpanel and the listicon have all Lock options enabled (top, bottom, left, right).
When saved and reloaded the Lock Bottom option on the listicon is deselected every time (save bug?)...
