Windows 7 x64, UAC enabled.
IDE, launched with admin priveleges, doesn't open purebasic files by double click in Windows Explorer. Drag-n-drop doesn't work too.

I suspect, it's peculiarity of contemporary Windows versions.

You use different users for your action: one in explorer (regular account) and one running the IDE. UltraEdit seems to be behave the same so I don't think it's a PB bug.
