Heyho,

I´m wondering why the MeshLines have shadows. Do anyone know the reason?

Ah, yeah, this is PB 5.11. Do the new Version of PB have this shadowbug (not the res of the shadow, but the double shadow...).

Where is the bug-report? :)

I´ve reported shadowbugs already. I´m using PB 5.11 and so I don´t know whether this bug is fixed or not (With Fixing the other shadowbugs).
The shadowbug can created with the TerrainShadow.pb

Here´s another Picture, shadows look veeeeery unreal :D :

Are you by any chance running it on a built-in Intel graphics chip? I had same issues with it. My laptop allows me to switch between the Intel and a dedicated GeForce chip. I've always had bugs with stencil shadows on Intel, especially in OpenGL mode.

Do you have tried it? I don´t know, but I don´t think it´s the graca... A GTX 660 with 2Gb VRAM.
Not integrated ;)
DirectX, not OpenGL.

hmm, btw: Comtois, bug or not a bug?

Can anyone confirm this curios shadowbug? Just Play with the ball (not yours :D) in TerrainShadow.pb and a high hill, behind the startposition is the hill in the Picture.

After playing with the ball (not mine of course :D) I get the following results. It looks more or less acceptable to me, but you can spot an occasional shadow "bleed".

Olby, I´ve tried it with your Position. It works fine :)
Your hills are not so high, try it with my Position pls.
Turn by 180° from your startposition, fly to the hill and try it. Look at my screenshot and place the ball this way :)
I swear that "my" bug also appears by you...

Like I said, I still get the same shadow "bleed" as described above. It's a stencil buffer issue perhaps and is one of the main reasons why I try to avoid them and use shadows maps (textures) instead.

Ah, I think I have misunderstood "occasional shadow "bleed"".
