day/night commands - in other words, commands to assist with atmospheric/moon/stars/clouds/day/night? scrolling textures?

( I realise this feature request is a bit OTT but was amazed to see the CreateWater and Sun commands in the 3DEngine - they are fantastic!)

I see no need for it. You can use a sun, an epilleptic curve, other colors and a new sky for day/night.

Do it yourself, PB is not a construction kit.
