API/Rountine to "Pin" to Win7/8 Taskbar?

Hi,
I'm deploying to the workstations in my classroom (Win7 Pro VL), andencounter a weird problem.
As the Win7/8 doesn't use quicklaunch anymore, I can't find a proper way to pin the application exe to the taskbar(superbar).
As on MSDN MS said it should be done by user, but deploying to 50 PC and adjusting just for pinning to taskbar is just non-sense...
Is there there API or Script to achieve this? I'm considering to make a post-sysprep tool to assist this.
