Who speaks German?

I just got a bad review today from someone in Germany on the Mac App Store for Sprite Monkey. That makes two bad reviews for this app. One of them was a bad comment for something the app doesn't even do and the other is in German but I don't understand it?
German
Wirft Bilder durcheinander. Einfach Müll.
Translated Online
Raises pictures mixed up. Simply garbage.
All other reviews have been good. I just don't understand why people don't go to my support forum and discuss their issue before leaving a bad review?
Anyway, if anyone here speaks German, could you explain this comment for me? I figure the online translation isn't absolutely correct. Thanks!

Thanks but what does "Shakes images" mean? The app basically auto lays out the images by numerical or alphabetical order by width and height. The images can only be of the same size (width and height). So I don't understand what would go wrong.
EDIT: After a quick thought. I bet this person is loading "image1.png" but the last image is double value, "image20.png". If that's the case the first image has to be "image01.png" or else they will be out of order. The person should have read the manual.

"Mixes up images. Simply garbage."
I think, he means: Images are messed up.
Yeah, some people don't read manuals. And complain if something goes wrong.

Thanks for your help guys!
I think I will look into a Google Translate button in the help window to enable the user to translate the help file in their native language just in case they don't know English. Just have to return system language. Which I'm looking into now.

Maybe you can somehow analyze where your users come from and offer translations?

Yeah, I definitely want to do something. I don't want anymore bad reviews due to possibly not being able to read the help file. Plus I have a new version coming out soon and would like to see positive feedback.

Hi J. Baker
There are not many people who post lies and add such a harsh comment ...
Something else must have gone wrong and sure can be solved.
And more than 95% of Germans in the internet can speak english ... so answering on that comment in english this bloke may well understand you ...
--------------------
Let me give an example:
I bought a Panorama App in the Apple Store about 5 years ago from a lebanese company ... They are adding features from time to time ... and his App was the best at its time ... he even added a HD feature last month ... so everything could be superb ...
But there is one thing:
When I had the App about 3 - 5 month I asked this chap by mail to give the opportunity to the user to save all singles pictures which are shot. The reason was: There is only every third picture really usable and sometimes less when there are many people moving about - which leads to horror pictures each splatter movie producer would be proud of (5 eyes 2 faces on a body, zombies, etc) ... so everytime the App produces an unusable panorama each of the pictures with friends on them which are superb as single picture are completely blown up as panorama ... but what is it worth to shoot pictures when the chance is high that they are unusable?
Every year since then I wrote a friendly new request to that company ... explaining that he is on a wrong track if he continues like that ... still keeping the good review and vote ...
If you look at the shop now, there are at least 5 developers of similar apps letting you save all pictures you shoot and you have the opportunity to create a new panorama with better result or just put the good looking pictures where your friends are on into the album ...
My last Comment in the Apple Store at his last update: This App has been changed from the best and number one to rubbish compared to the competition ... and I reduced the vote from 5 stars to 1 star ...
So ... did I do anything wrong? Or is it his own fault, being a wise ass not listing to his customers ... not watching the competition ... the panorama and 3D pictures scene is for me a semiprofessional hobby since more than 30 years now and I told him about that ... we had nice conversation ... and it is 100 times easier to save the pictures in an album than to analyze and stitch 12 of them together ... but he insisted on not letting you save your photos ... why has he been so ignorant? And possibly calling me an idiot because I gave him the comment he has earned.

Hey Thade, I'm not trying to insult anyone or even say my app is bugless. But as soon as jamirokwai said "mixed up", I know what the issue is. That's why I even wrote that in the manual.
I do however use my apps and if I or anyone comes across a bug, it gets fixed asap. It being a small app, there's very little that can go wrong. But I do understand what you are saying. I just don't believe it's the case here. I do wish though users would contact me to figure out the issue before writing a negative response.

Don't misunderstand what I said ...
It had nothing to do with your app ...
I just wanted to show with my own experience how things can go wrong after a good relation if both may misunderstand each other ... maybe due to the language ... that's why I mentioned that the company is from Lebanon ... I am German ... and we both try in a foreign language to understand each other ... maybe he didn't even understand although I thought I explained it best I can ...
Adding to your topic:
German:
Wirft Bilder durcheinander. Einfach Müll.
All so far mentioned translations are right ...
To add a bit more explanation to what he most likely means is: Throws pictures all over the place disturbing the order. Simply rubbish.

No worries Thade. I didn't take it that way.
