Procedure panel uses wrong colors in docked mode

Hi,
if i open the procedure panel from the tools menu, it is themed correctly:
The procedure browser in docked mode, text color is wrong. It uses simply black instead of correct system text color.
With an empty document it gets even worse. The external tool window is correct:
The side panel now has wrong back color. This is really bad for my eyes.
