Icon themes option in Settings dialog not checked

Hi,
in the Settings dialog you can check an icon theme options box in the Themes section. The selection works and the icon set is used for the menu items. If you open the Settings dialog again, the checkmark is vanished.
Btw, as you can see, the tree gadget is too small to read all items text. I guess this is caused by the german translation because the words are often longer than the english ones.
