Hmm, no posts from Mr Vain.

I think some of you guys were a bit hard on him, he seemed a really decent guy to me.

Fred, maybe you could email him and tell him to comeback, he'll listen to you. :)

After leaving the forum, MrVain wrote me a private mail. I answered him with my "point of view". No answer after that...

that's too bad. :) when the talented people leave, that leaves
slower learners like me to try to help new people. Maybe they
will return someday. I appreciated their help. Joe B.

Got an answer from MrVain now, he has now understand better Fred's point of view. And he has also thought about his posts (was much upset that time!) and found, that not all of his statements were correct.
Currently he has much to do with his job, where he MUST use/learn C++. I will inform him about the future development of PB from time to time :)
Maybe we see him back in some weeks/months... :)

@All: Enjoy programming with PureBasic! Things will go on...

Yes that's right. Danilo and PB gave us (especially me) a very good start, and now it is up to us to give help to other people.

For me, helping others is also learning for me at the same time. I found out a lot of great things, only because I tried to find a solution for someone else.

Live goes on...

It would appear that a good friend will be returning to the PureBasic fold shortly... AND ABOUT TIME TOO!

You heard it here first :)

Hehehe, thanks for that, Leigh. It's good to be back... I missed this place!
Besides, I couldn't sit back and let Fred's number of posts overtake mine! :)

Welcome back, PB!
Good to have you here again.

Do you want to know how he tried to do that?
He put some bugs in his code so he could write 'fixed for next release' after every bug report

just kidding...

I still don't have a job from April, but my resume is in the hands of a few companies,
so I'll have to wait'n'see. :) At least I'll have lots of coding time!
