Toggling between code and form view

When I toggle between the code and form view, it would be nice if the Tools panel would show the correct list.
For example, if I've switched to Code view, then I want the Tools panel to show the Procedure list.
But if I've switched to Form view, then I want the Tools panel to show the Form list, to edit properties.
Currently, I need to manually click the Tools panel after each view toggle, which is annoying.
