Does anybody understand the Ogre License? I don't! It seems to suggest that you cannot make commercial apps with it, or derivatives of it (Is PB's implmentation a derivative?). I hope I'm wrong - can anybody explain the License terms?

And if it is not enough ...

MIT-License is one of the easiest to understand.

Thanks PMV. So, It is the MIT license that counts now, the PB Help is out of date on the subject.

A sorry, haven't checked if fred has updated the docu.
I think it is since 4.60 when MIT becomes the used
license for the implemented ogre3d-engine. As before,
it was LGPL and to be complete: it is not that much
more restrict to what you can do with it ... so even
if they wouldn't have changed the license, you
wouldn't have more problems with it.

It has more effected the work of fred/ freak, because
code changes made to LGPL projects need to be
accessible for everyone. :)

MFG PMV

...yeah, I appreciate that and have asked for the PB Help to be updated. So far as I can see, it's lucky that Ogre moved to MIT from Fantaisie's perspective.
