where are "tools" settings stored?

I am moving dev machines, and have a number of tools that I don't want to re-configure if I can avoid it -- where are the PB-Editor "tools" settings stored?

Are they a way for forcing the default path to a special folder ??
I know the "/Portable" option, but the files are in the root folder, or nothing and it's the AppData folder who is used.
But if i want have always the same folder for all the PB version, are they a solution, like "..\PbPrefs\" ?
