Consistency in nomenclature for plugins

To select the PNG plugin for SaveImage, it's #PB_ImagePlugin_PNG. To select the zip plugin for CompressMemory, it's #PB_Packer_Zip. Wouldn't it make more sense to have #PB_PackerPlugin_Zip?
