Collapse all foldings on source load

Hi,

if you have choosen in the options not to save any source specific settings (e.g. cursor position), all foldings are being expanded when you load the source. An extra option to Collapse all foldings on load would be nice.

You can quickly do this yourself by pressing the shortcut. Default should be Ctrl+F4.
