Tested on Win98SE? I had to include some windows constants then it compiled ok but gave me an access violation error on running.
Update: Sorry, I think I mistook what this is for. I thought it was your editor revamped for PB but it looks as if it's the other way around.

Yes I did. This IDE used external BB compiler.
It works but I have some bugs with win98. I don't how to solve them.
There are 30% of codes that I don't understand.
If I want to sell my IDE, I must stop this hack to restart the development from zero and test every beta-versions.

Ooops!!
Even when its NOT a hack i think that its not correct to use the PureBasic editor source to develope a Blitz one.
I know that the open-source licence maybe allow you to do it, but i dont think its the best idea, no matter if you give it for free or not.
BTW, Blitz need an editor? I think they have its own one.
At leats, if you distribute yours give credit to PureBasic to drive people here : )

Generally yes. You can make DLLs including PureBasic commands for your own projects without any restrictions. But it's not allowed to release simple "wrapper" Dlls to include PureBasic commands in other programming languages."
The DLL's you are calling from Blitz3D are probably defined as a "wrapper" DLL. You guys better clearly define what you are doing and I would stay away from the claim that you've "hacked" something.

I agree. It's in extremely poor taste, and a slap in the face to Fred's hard work.
It's one of the reasons I decided to take a break from these forums for a while.
But now I'm back, and I'm going to fight tooth'n'nail for PureBasic's future.
> I know that the open-source licence maybe allow you to do it
True.

But future versions can have this status stopped, and Fred
should stop it.

BTW: This is the reason why there is no source avaiable for the new Visual Designer.
It is not nice if somebody puts a lot of hard work in his product, and then others just 'hack' it and use it for another language.
The Editor source was a great source for learning to me, and so could be the VD source, but if that is what comes out of it, no sources will be released any more.
