Panel Gadget definition - cannot copy-paste

First issue is that you can only copy gadgets one-at-a-time. Second issue, you cannot copy gadgets from, say, Tab0 to Tab1.
Second issue is a bit tricky, but you should be able in next version to modify the gadget's parent which should give you a starting point!
