Changing Existing Text Size with Different Font

I have poor eyesight. No big deal, except when it comes to reading
small print. I found where you can change the Font for the IDE
under File/Preferences (okay, so I didn't find it, somebody answered
a post and told me where it was), and I changed it. Works or me.
But, a problem. I call up a source file that has small print, and it
stays small. I do a select all and set the new font again, and the
small text stays small. How do I change existing text to a new
font size so that I can read it better?

That does help, but it is a zoom in feature that does not work for more
than one file at a time, and it does not change the font size when you
save the file back. I would rather have a way where all files open up
at the same font setting so that I don't have to repeat these steps for
each one. If there isn't such a feature, what can I do to modify the
files externally? I tried running the source files through Notepad to
see if that would filter them first, but it had no effect.

After changing the font and font size in preferences (and press [OK] button), all sources should be displayed
with your chosen font and font size.

Yeah, I have a second folder with a copy of PureBasic in it (not the one
I copied from), and I tried it there. That did it the right way. I've got
something messed up somewhere it seems. Trying to merge the several
folder contents together is not working, so I did a fresh download of
PureBasic and a clean install. But then I am back to the problem of
not having the Help files coming up as they should. Not even sure
which file is the HTML Help File that is shown, maybe I ought to
focus on that right now. Almost like there is a config or INI file involved
here, and the settings aren't quite right.

Ah, I got it. The Help file was compacted to the right, and I found the
button on the right that expands it again. That takes care of it. I also
found the CHM file that is the PureBasic Help File, and copied it into
the \PureBasic\Help folder. Now I can get to it either way.
One thing I did find is that if you have the Help file up and covering
the full screen, then click on the X in the upper right corner, it does
not close but compacts back to the right. I guess that is how I got
it where I thought it was out of kilter later on.
