Property box (treegadget)

Hi
I'm loking for a way to create a property box, like this :
I ha ve tried the Nexus lib, mais I can't use it because I don't have ESgrid.
Do you know a way or some examples to do that, please ?

I agree with making the library free.
I wanted to compile the source, but the source was wrong.Why ?

I need one of these soooo badly (although I can get by without it)... I hope someone comes up with a solution some day

Looks like srod's commercial ExGrid has a property box format:

Windows only though I believe.

Yeah, I was really thinking about purchasing it, but I really do need a cross-platform solution, thinking forward about the future.
