Anyone heard of Flattr before?

This looks really interesting.. Especially for those who may be hobbyists and want to release their work for free, hoping for donations or something.. Although I'm not so sure about their Terms, some of it is confusing.. If i read it correctly it almost sounds like you have to actively donate to other sites, or they will jack a percentage of your own donations..
Can anyone who speaks legaleese give an opinion on their terms of use?

Found that page (was kind of hard to?) I think it makes more sense now... So I could set it up to charge me $5 a month and if I flattr 10 people or 100 people, it doesn't increase the fee, it just divides the money between that many more people.
