Secret to success in programming

Talk to several great programmers and ask them what the key to success is, and you may get a number of different answers. Some would say education is paramount, as it provides not only the skills to create working code, but an objective overview of information technology as a whole. Others will say there is no substitute for experience, and that dedicated hacking and persistence will win the day. Yet others will say that without mentors nobody could really move forward at any reasonable pace. Still others will say that without basic talent you have no real future in programming. Education, hard work, mentoring, talent. All helpful, to be sure. But boil it all down to the raw meat of the thing, and you will finally see that there is one and only one universal key to success:
Yep, that's it all right. One obscenely bigass monitor.

Where's his monitor? I can't see it for all the guns... wait, there it is! Hey, that's a nice one, I'm gonna break in there and steal it!

btw, most plasma units can only display 1024x768, which if you take another look, is all that large screen real estate is capable of.
Owned!!

Well the monitors are all at a higher position than they should be (or are they all basketball players with 2,50m height?):

With all those guns? You're a brave man
What size is the monitor? I've got a 28" one here

Sorry guys.
The success to programming is to actually do it. There is no human in the pictures above.. You are missing the key ingredient.

To netmaestro
Yes, and a programmer like yourself is most important!
But I will say this, that if you ever get a chance to install a Dual Monitor, side by side setup,
it's nice!!!! You run your code on your left monitor screen, and you can look at your code
to troubleshoot on your right monitor screen. It's like going from having a house with no garage,
to one with a garage. You don't want to go back to no garage.

Very cute! It's 2 x 12"?
Seriously, would be nice to see some more developer workplaces to get some ideas.
