Line splitting for really long commands?

Do we have a mechanism to do this?
(edit to remove some stupidity, more general question still stands)
I see this was a feature request back in
2009.... Sometimes these little things really frustrate me.. Still waiting for "block" comments (;/Start ;/End) to hopefully appear one day as well...

It has been requested over and over again but it is still not supported.
But IIRC there are several tools / IDE plugins out there that provide the functionality.

...although if you are so inclined, if you search, you will find a preprocessor or a similar tool that permits it.

I don't think CompilerIf was intended to be used for comments though....
Anyway, blah.

Sure, CompilerIf works for block comments...IF you don't mind your comments to be reformatted to pb syntax.
