Any good freeware msi install makers that can make silent installers?

Depends on your definition of good - the free Microsoft Express IDEs can probably do it I think (long time since I used their packaging, I currently use Indigo Rose Setup Factory)

I just came across Advance Installer earlier and for some reason, I think I had used it before.
