Block/sector size on a hdd

How do I find out the block size of a hdd?
Or is it called sector size? anyways the smallest physical size that is allocated for a file on the disk.
MacBook Pro (model 7,1) - 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB - OS X 10.7 Lion.
