[PB 4.60beta4] standalone debugger source combobox glitch

OS: Kubuntu 11.04, 32-bit, all patches applied till 21th august 2011 - executed in VirtualBox.
If you have a project with many source files, the source selector combobox inside the standalone debugger will have many empty entries at the beginning. A simple way to reproduce this error, is to make a second (empty) source file and put 30 "IncludeFile" references into the main source. Every single include will add an entry to the combobox so the bug will show up as seen in the screenshot.
