Compiled application no rights

This might be a bit off topic.
When I compile my app - everything works fine.
Then I make a DMG and publish it so people can use it.
In my DMG i also have a shortcut to the applications folder, so people can just drag and drop to install.
All ok so far.
But if they (or I) logout and login as "user" the icon has a small minus in the corner and they dont have any read/write rights and cant run the program. Even if i change it on the .app-file its still the same in the package itself.
Anyone know how to solve this?

You probably need admin rights to install an app to the applications folder?

Yes we always install from admin account and it works when still in admin account - but when switching to user account this happens (and only to my program).

So you mean you can't launch it from a user account?

Like this:
This is (under the user account) what my application looks like (normally it has a nice graphic icon)

And when I show content of package i see this:

(the purebasic icon looks the same, with the small minus - all other programs look and act "normal")

And finally - when i try to open "content" folder:
