PB_TOOL_Selected_Compiler

New Environmentvariable for the Compiler selected in Compileroptions.
#PB_COMPILER_HOME and PB_TOOL_Compiler is always the default Compiler.

PB_TOOL_Purifier
PB_TOOL_UserModus (AdminModus)
