[Debugger] - Allow multiple Memory Viewer windows

The Memory Viewer is awesome but would be cooler still, if I could keep 2 or more open at the same time.
In addition, change the Range: StringGadgets to ComboBoxGadgets that retain my entries so I don't have to retype everything.
They should also contain a listing of all available memory pointers for the current scope of the program.
