Read/Write Data from/to *.MDB file !?

Hi @ all
I have to write asap a small program for the company i learn atm! I have to write a small app where companies and people can enter their name, adresses and more on a small running computer on a mess-stand coming very soon!

I could save all the datas in a textfile but the company prefer to save all the datas direct to an excel database if possible! For example i have a mask in my app, handled as database in excel like:

[A1] =   [Name:     Testman]
[B1] =   [Company:  Test Ldt.]
[C1] =   [Street:   Teststreet 23]
[D1] =   [Town:     TestTown]

How can i load/save any new filled sheed to the next line in excel to have a completed database... In the first line there are headlines for each row and in all the following lines (from 1 to x) there should placed the datas entered by the user!

If someone have a small good explained working example i would be really happy! Many thanks in advance for all helps!



Please note:
An Access database would be ok too... Because the company want a executeable at mess and later they want to part the mask to their website without modify the old database too, if possible! I donw know how to create/code such a related website atm ;( I have to create/code the website with a guy from the work who knows enough HTML to realize the stuff (online based for future) - i hope!?
