Magnon Days -- a short sidescroller game

I entered my first "game jam" ever this weekend!

It was for Ludum Dare #19, a quarterly computer game event with two categories:

1. Competition: 48 hours to create a game, individuals only, all new art and code, games are judged by the community
2. Jam: 72 hours to create a game, teams can enter, existing resources can be used, games aren't judged

You guys should check it out. It is simply a fun way to get people to create and finish games.
(I have a bad habit of not finishing projects, so I am happy to have completed this, small as it may be!)

This month's game theme was "discovery". I was fairly busy, but managed to produce a short, simple, hopefully-amusing game about a caveman. It takes less than 5 minutes, I promise.

It's called Magnon Days, you can download it here: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-da ... e&uid=3455
(currently Windows only)

You can view all 285 entries here: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-da ... on=preview
