Well thats usability engineering

That's why it's best to set a decent fixed price for the design and layout, any changes after that, will cost enough so it's worth having the customer ruin the design with their "brilliant" ideas.

I think the boydss toast guy has relitivess in Politics... Politicians aer why I don't do graphic design anymore!!! (PS get paid up front!!! ESPECIALLY with politicians!!!)
