LnkInfo.pb for windows

Hi,
since not all of us expect a full tool in the 'coding question' area, I post here a link
to a small tool which gives you informations about the stuff stored in windows lnk files.

The procedure for the TimeZone() was stolen from rescator. Thank you very much
I hope someone can use it.
