Add Hotkeys for the Find/Replace dialog window...

Can we get Hot-Key characters added to the Find/Replace Dialog window?
&Find Next
&Replace
Replace &All
&Close
And... If "Replace All" is used then don't show us that we have made replacements... We already know that. Just drop us back into the code.
