Is the strU() command part of pb3.0 or a seperate library?

- if its a seperate library which one?

I just downloaded PB3 hoping to use some example code provided by Rings and
Tranquil which includes this command.

type "StrU()" in the PB-Editor, put the cursor
on this command and press F1.
The help file pops up and you´ll see that StrU()
is part of the internal String library.
