It looks like you have to set the priority only.
This applies to the current Thread running! But I am not sure.

Thanks webmatze, just a single threadID looks like the right syntax, but inside the thread procedure, it fails with the old "Can't create the 'PureBasic.exe' file (already running?)" error.
Fred - how do I use ThreadPriority?

I guess there is a bug on this command. The right syntaxe is (ThreadID, Priority). I will check tonight and release a patch.
