PureBasic and Norton Internet Security

I use Norton Internet Security 2009 for my PC protection. When I try to compile apps sometimes they just don't run fully, the task manager says "56 K" for memory usage. I try to end the process but it doesn't work. Then like a few minutes later Norton's Sonar tool says it detected a security risk and removed the application. It just says "A program was behaving suspiciously on your computer". For example this happened when I tried to compile the application here:

Simple: Don't use Norton Internet Security and the Internet comes back to you
Is IMHO a bad application.

Well you have to ask Norton about that. We don't know how exacly Norton Internet Security detects "things" and we can't change Norton Internet Security.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the problem. I'll attempt to contact them about it.

I've had nothing but problems with Norton AV / security programs and no longer use them.

IMHO you should never ever install anything by Norton. Nothing but trouble.

We call Norton Security Moron Security at my company... the protection engine is simplistic and (at certain times) easy to spoof; at other times it simply refuses to do anything... Peter Norton is a bright guy but he didn't write it... he just signed the paychecks of the dudes and dudettes that did.

It happened so frequently to me with nod32, I had to uninstall it.
I tried deactivating the active application scan and it would work until the next automatic download of the virus file than it would turn itself on again and there was no way to deactivate it because it thought it already was.
cheers
