AutoComplete cannot be disabled

With PB4.40b7 the Enable the AutoComplete feature checkbox is no longer available. I've only tried the beta under Linux; I don't know about Windows. I find this feature supremely annoying and would like, again, to be able to disable it.

Just change "Characters needed before opening the list" to something like 999 and it'll be disabled.

You have 2 checkboxes to disable it IIRC (structure & function), did you tried that ?

It's
Structure and
outside of Structure. Unchecking both disables it.

That's why the main flag has been removed.

The default had been to disable it so I had never visited the Preferences dialog.
You should (painfully
) update the documentation as it still shows the main flag.
