JPG2000 decoder error?!

Ok I already posted some stuff in the bug forum regarding the jp2 support of PureBasic. This time I'll try the discussion first. 
So I have an jp2 image (created by the luratech plugin) that has a header and PureBasic doesn't want to load it.
Here is the image...it's just a crazy line (6 KB):
