Arrow keys on the Mac

I would like the arrow keys to work with AddKeyboardShortcut(#Window, Shortcut, Event) on the Mac platform.
#PB_Shortcut_Left
#PB_Shortcut_Up
#PB_Shortcut_Right
#PB_Shortcut_Down
They still don't work on 4.40x86b5.
